Well, I am very reluctant to post a question because 9 times out of 10 I can find the information somewhere on the forum. However, all the threads I have looked through really have not answered my question. I'm preparing to take the CA POST Waiver 100 question written test. I would appreciate any input from officers who have taken the test. I am coming from Illinois, so if there are significant portions of CA state statute that will be on the test, I need to know. Also, any books or study guides that others have used to pass the test would be very helpful. My understanding is that the CA POST Waiver was updated in 2008. Therefore, experience with the test in the last year would be most accurate. Thanks for the help.
