Any NCPD on the site? Did you receive anything in return for the concessions and givebacks you signed off on to assist the county in the fiscal mess it got itself into?

They aren't calling them "givebacks" They're refering to them as "deferments". There's a 2 week lag payroll(again), payable upon retirement. Along with 3 holidays for the next 3 years, and uniform allowance for the next 3 years, all payable at retirement.

Civilianization of numerous spots and dropping manpower by 100 cops thru retirements....

No 7% pay reduction, no lay-offs, everyone keeps their job. No special unit reductions...no added "extra" work days, no more added games with OT pay

I might be missing some small details, but that's it in a nutshell.
