My son is a very quiet person. But, he knows these last few weeks have been so stressful so he decided to make me laugh. And laugh I did!
When he had his first brain surgery, the thing he complained about the most was the catheter. He hated it so much. It was the first time he had ever had one. He swears he isn't going to drink anything for 2 days if he has surgery again so he won't need it. Anyway.....
He said they were taking him from ICU to his room, where we were waiting. He noticed this really fine blondes coming down the hall and they were smiling at him. He said, all of a sudden, the nurse reaches under the sheet and pulls the catheter out and announces loudly, "Ok, Mr.***, not that you have the catheter out of your p****, you should be feeling much better now." He said it hurt really bad when she did it plus he was SO embarased, he just dove under the sheet, The girls passed him, giggling. The nurse realized what she had done and kept apologizing but he wouldn't come out from under the sheet! LOL! I had never heard this story before! LOL!
