Drunk driver

There is a drunk driver loosely connected to my family. I want him reported and stopped before he kills someone BUT it must never come from me. How do I pull this off? I thought I'd e-mail the police department in Morris, Il but apparently they have no public address. Help

Well, I've thought of it. Maybe I could call from a pay phone - do they do caller id? I do really mean I can't be considered the informer - other people would pay for it. I was so in hopes I could send a e-mail from someplace like hotmail or something. Wishful thinking I guess?

Calling is probably your best bet. Also, you don't really need to start two (or more) threads about the same situation. It won't get answered any faster, hon. :D
