Hello all,
I'm pretty new here, but would like to ask for prayer for my mom. She was supposed to fly out here this coming Monday to stay with us for a month, but is now in the hospital. She has a slight bleed in her brain that is affecting her vision. The docs are managing it with medication. Any prayer is most appreciated.

I appreciate all the support. I have told her all that are praying for her and she appreciates it as well. Please add my daughter to your prayers. She is taking this the worst as she was very excited to see her grandma on Monday. Now, with her in the hospital across the country and not being able to see her. She's taking it a bit hard.
Again, thank you for the prayers!
All the best,
Jim

You have my prayers. I loved my grandmother very much and wa not allowed to see her in the hospital before she died of cancer. This was 43 years ago and to this day, I just wish I could have seen her one last time and told her how much I loved her. But, children weren't allowed in hospitals then. I remember all I got to look at was a window, a window she could not get to because she was so sick from cancer. Have you daughter talk to your mother as often as posible. It will help her to see grandmas ok.
Mine too Jim. Sorry to hear this. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Frown]" src="frown.gif" />

Thank you all for the prayers. Hopefully my mom will be home soon and then able to travel soon after that.
My daughter has had a tough year. We flew back East to take care of my mother when she had mitral valve replacement earlier in the year. I only brought my daughter out for a week as I didn't want to keep her out of school. My ex lives back there too, so, my daughter's other grandmother lives in the same town as my mother. Well, 2 weeks after I brought my daughter back home (I have full custody), my ex's mother passes away. I'm glad that I brought my child out to see both of her grandmothers and that she got to see her mom's mother before she died.
Thank you again for the prayers,
Jim

Jim,
You can bet that your family is being lifted up in prayer. I will add you guys to the church prayer list as well. Keep us updated.

A big thank you to all of you who have prayed for my mother's situation. They did a biopsy on Thursday and some other tests. All seems to be getting better. She may be released from the hospital this coming week.
God DOES hear our prayers.
Thank you again,
Jim
I wish your mom the best.
