He has been warned, more then once.
He was even told by the top dog to watch his self and stay the hell out of the female clients faces and stop the "appearances" of being "smooth". (You get my drift)
wellllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll llllllllll this know it all, good for nothing finally found out what the hell happens when you play with fire.
WE had a client call back and accuse him of banging another client. She was on the phone with me and said it and I sent it up the chain. My boss told me to pull his coat tail and tell him to go see him.
This moron told me today that I should have said to the client on the phone " if you have no proof not to say things of this nature." I just looked at him. My boss has an open door policy and is looking into this but is being very quiet about everything.
I did what I needed to do, and the person in my office (another Counselor) told me I did the right thing.
WTF why toss me under the bus........:mad::mad::mad:

Because you are the messenger and you are suppose to "cover" for the "slick" guy. I know someone like this, sounds like how he'd be in the work world.

I'm going to smack you. I have had the week from hell. this was one happy sunny spot.,
Monday my computer crashed. they had to wipe it and return it Tuesday.
Tuesday and Wednesday we had phone problems, computer problems and best of all, lights. (some raccoons and squirrels got into the wires in the building)
THursday, my printer decided to print everything but what I need.
Today, well this happen. I wanted to slap him.

The "ACCUSED" told you that?? yeh right - you know if you had said ANYthing, then he'd have some kinda reason for a lawsuit.
You did right, but i know you know that :)

A coworker said ths to our team last night. She said her doctor says she can't think straight because she is preganant and not enough blood is getting to her head.
I wanted to ask her, so how does does this affect you all the rest of the time, because, pregnanat or not, she never thinks strait...

OK, "Lets keep this quiet" LOL Usually the response from a pedophile or DV abuser.
Wouldn't an innocent party's response be more along the lines of " That is a lie" "I demand an immediate investigation"
ohh give me a break TC just sleep with he guy already, it is obvious that he has the hots for you............ and whats a little secret between co workers
