Florida Question?

I live just out side of Boston, I am moving to Florida. How does the hiring process work in Florida. Like up here we have the civil service exam that covers many departments, do they have a test like that? I am interesting in a career in law enforcement I just dont know where to start. Any info would be helpful. Thanks...

Go directly to the police department or sheriff's office website you would be interested in applying for and the website will tell you what is required. Most L.E. agencies in FL has a website with their process located on it.
