It looks like a desk jocky gig for CBP Officers. It shows as a secondary position, so I think they can save a % of the LEO retirement even though they are not on the "primary/front lines/streets"...could be wrong though..there are plenty of guys on this site who are experts at reading these things...I am not one of them..
