This sort of sounds like you want people to tell you how to pass by feeding you answers. The purpose of the oral board is to evaluate YOUR judgment and ethics. If you use your best judgment and it's what the department is looking for then you pass. They do not want rehearsed answers you carefully script after getting the questions/answers ahead of time.
