they work out on top of the structure across from fullerton high school? let us know how your first day went rick cuase thats where it looks i'll be attending. i test in june for august i believe.

Yes, today we did our PT on the fourth floor of the structure since the track is under construction. I really can't explain it yet, I guess it's still sinking in that today was my first step towards my new career. I will gather all my thoughts and get back to everyone, alot of info was given to us today!

oh thats right!! they are working on the track, any word on when it'll be done? that must be pretty cool working out on the top of the structure. it has been more then 12 hours since you last pondered about your day and i'm sure you have more then a few thoughts now. express them!!!!!:D

Well my first day in the academy came, I must admit that I was expecting more on the first day. We didn't get drilled during our inspection? They did have one last minute testing session to gain entrance to the academy but I doubt that was the reason for not getting hammered on the grinder? The class met a few times and had alot contact prior to the academy so we can all be on the same page. We did cover material in the classroom but majority was policy & procedure. Once we got to PT, we busted out some push ups & ran throughout the parking structure. PT was harder for some but not all, it's all how you prepare yourself for entering the academy. I was nervous but at the same time excited to finally start!!!!

so far so good... I think we are slowly coming together as a class!! Good thing is that there are only 27 of us so it's not as bad as getting 50+ in each class.... I don't think I've met you so far?

hows the report writting going? i heard you get ALOT of them for the smallest things. hows the running going on top of the parking structure? have you guys ran down dorthy lane yet? or any where else?

No report writing for me!!:D PT is getting harder each week and only been done on campus. Alot of push ups and sit ups....

i live down the street from your academy and use to see the guys/girls running down the street huffin,puffin and sweating like no other. it looked fun:D ohhh so it looks like you went prepared haha. make sure you get that lint roller rollin! my cousin graduated from there and he LOVED it there.

What's the pace and distance of your runs? I passed the tests to get into that class, but passed on self-sponsoring.
