Looking for any information on Rialto Police Department. I was looking at this department before it was even aired on COPS.

I'm looking for information on how officers are treated, how the Field Training is? How housing market is there?

The agency is coming along well. They have a fairly new and progressive Chief - been there a little over a year. There are expansion plans in the works - new station, more officers and upgraded communications system. All in all it is well worth consideration. Very busy and gaining.

I tested with them a couple of years ago and everyone that I met were really nice. It seemed like a fun dept to work for. Their background inv are pretty mellow.
