My first academy class was Saturday and my first ride a long was today. I'm now sure I want to go through with it and become a Reserve officer . Wish me luck in my journey!

Some make it all the way past their probationary period and quit the first time they get beat up or assaulted.
It's no shocker. This job is not for everyone. I had 2 in my class quit; 1 who decided that getting shot at wasn't for him, the other for family reasons.
