OK it was no biggie. Driving while license suspended.Class B Misdemeanor. Impounded the car and processed the lady, photo and prints.
Repeat offender for no insurance. Had an SR suspension working. A pet peeve of mine but that had nothing to do with it. Here in South Texas we have some outrageous insurance rates. These folks are why. If I have to pay my insurance I can not feel sorry for those that do not. They buy a 6 month policy, get the card and then stop paying. Happens all the time. Hers was expired and she had 3 priors. Too bad so sad. She was a pleasure to arrest, very nice. Here is the kicker....she's a school bus driver with a commercial license. Hmmmm, someone at the school district is not doing their job. If you are running around with a suspended DL you should be sure your vehicle is legal. My PC was (1)no front plate (2)expired inspection (3)defective tail lights.My FTO wanted to see me do some traffic stops...I picked a winner right off the bat.
