Hello all...well, tonight was my first night back on the streets as a Reserve. I never thought I'd feel a sense of satisfaction again of putting that uniform back on the first time but I did. I went out there and what do you know...a 415 in progress - male holding female down...just for me http://www.officer.com/ubb/biggrin.gif
During briefing, I felt so welcomed by everyone and when the Sgt asked if I had anything to say to the troops, I just said I'm glad to be back with everyone here. Even some of our tough, hard-*** coppers smiled and nodded at me. That in itself made me feel really good.
Here is how I see things now. In the computer field, you're making someone else financially rich. In the law enforcement field, you're making yourself emotionally rich.
