Is there a site online that just tells you the "meat of the law"? Something like the quik-code guide but an online version of all the codes??

Blue, one thing you will soon learn is that just going for the "meat" will often betray you. These laws are written by a bunch of lawyers. They have more twists and turns than a yoga convention. You have to start from A, go to B, then C. If you skip B, you might miss one of those important "except in the case of...." or something like that.

Don't start taking shortcuts yet bro.....those will come with the experience.
