Hello everyone...

Can you guys explain to me what 821 PC and 822 PC is? It's basically about felony/misd out of county warrants...but the section is so darn wordy that it's confusing me.

Blue,

Yes I can tell you what they are. But I'm not going to. Instead, you need to try to work this out for yourself. I'm not being a smart ***, or at least I'm not trying to. But you need to be able to interpret the codes you will be working with.

So...take these two sections, one section at a time, one paragraph at a time. Read each paragraph and think what it is telling you. When it is clear in your mind, go to the next and so on. Yes it is work and no it is not easy. But you need to be able to do this.

You should find that it is pretty self explanatory. Of course our dear legislature can

Oh no...I was running through my list of codes to study for this week of FTO and I decided to get a head start on it. I just got stuck on these two...we have weekly tests on both penal codes and vehicle codes. I normally take the weekend and work on it so that I know what I'm getting into...sometimes I actually work ahead...and sometimes I lag behind.

But this isn't like a test for tomorrow...probably for later on in the week. http://www.officer.com/ubb/smile.gif (thank goodness!) hehe...
