I'm a Rookie!! http://www.officer.com/ubb/biggrin.gif
Just thought I'd share that with you all. Anyway, I'm going to bed. I only got 3 hours of sleep last night...couldn't sleep cause I kept tossin' and turnin' about this big day. Nighty night!

Get used to those 3 hours of sleep days.....
There will be court, firearms qualification, taking your car in to get fixed.......all those fun things that cut down your sleep.

Congratulations, B C, but get used to loss of sleep. We call it "shift work". Best of luck and you know where to go to ask questions you can't/won't ask your FTO. http://www.officer.com/ubb/cool.gif

Congratulations Blue on joining the biggest and most honorable brotherhood in the world. When things get you down (and they will), look back on this day and remember how happy you felt. When things hit rock bottom, they can only go up. Good luck buddy, be safe and kick a lot of shag bag a*s!!!!

blue- Just some friendly advice about FTO. Your FTO is going to try and get you into situations that you might feel are over your head, you might even get, dare I say it, scared....
Take it from me, the best way to make it through FTO is to trust in yourself and your FTO's and try harder than he is to get into those situations....It sounds ridiculous but believe me, when you get on your own and you hear that hot-tone to a physical domestic, report of shot's fired, paramedics will be staging.... you'll love yourself for getting everything from FTO that you could while it was still relatively "safe"\
Be safe out there, know where you are and who's around you at all times...
