Any job openings in Florida??

Hello everyone, I am currently in the academy (self-sponsor) and I was wondering if anyone in this site knows what departments in Florida are hiring.
I am looking for departments in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. Also in the Orlando and Tampa area. Any information is greatly appreciated. :D

I believe the sheriff's departments for most of the areas that you listed are hiring. I just checked and saw Orlando PD and Tampa PD are also hiring. I would suggest that you explore each of the department's websites to see if they are hiring.

Does your academy have a bulletin board with area departments that are hiring? I saw a similar bulletin board at Broward College when I was there last month.

Most agencies, sheriff and police are hiring and will sponsor you through the academy in the Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach areas.

Seminole County, between Orlando-Daytona is hiring. I believe we have approx. 20-25 openings. You can apply at seminolesheriff.org.

Yes it does, the problme is that the academy I am attending is in Sebring, Fl and I am not interested in any of the surrounding departments. I currently live in Miami and would like to stay here. I do not mind moving, just to another big city and also to a surrounding university since I am also a student.

Coral Gables Police Department is currently hiring, from what I hear that is a great dept to work for.
