Law Enforcement Training Manager/Labor Representative Peace Officers Research Association of California a statewide law enforcement labor organization has an immediate opening for a Training Mgr/Labor Rep. Plan, coordinate, and direct training for Association members. Formulate training policies, programs, and schedules. Experience in & ability to respond & assist members & member associations on collective bargaining, labor relations, internal affairs, legal defense, political action, workers comp. Must be a self- starter & able to work with little or no supervision. Air & ground travel reqd. CA drivers license reqd. B. A. Degree in related discipline desired & 10 years Law Enforcement experience. Education/experience may be modified for related experience such as collective bargaining & labor relations.
