I'm looking for a Law Enforcement job. Currently a Military Police Accident Investigator. Looking to get recruited, or advice to get myself hired any faster.

If you like working crashes, you may want to consider looking at a state Highway Patrol agency, since traffic enforcement (and collision investigation) forms the bulk of what they do.
While municipal PD's and county sheriff's departments also have dedicated traffic units, you generally have to have a few years under your Sam Browne before you can apply for such a specialized unit.
California Highway Patrol was doing specialized testing for those in the military, but I'm not sure about that now due to our severe ($28 BILLION by the most conservative estimate) budget shortfall for the coming year. You might want to check them out at the link below:

What part of the country are you looking at?

Crash,
As posted above it would be beneficial to know the areas of the country in which you are interested. There are a large number of LE jobs available. I can only speak for NC but things have changed dramatically over the past 10 years.
There was a time when you would receive 600 "good" applications for a 30 seat academy - providing the departments the ability to pick and choose candidates. Now many academy seats go unfilled due to the lack of viable candidates. Some of our local departments have as many as 80 budgeted positions that remain open. And it is really not a matter of the salary or benefits - they are very competitive and every equipment requirement you could possibly have is provided by the department (including footware, equipment storage bags, etc.)and there is so much paid off duty work available (in uniform) that the typical officer makes more money outside the normal tour.
I am sure that many officers can provide information regarding their local opportunities. I often perform BI's so I deal with the recruitment staff from a variety of LE organizations. If there is any information I can provide please let me know.
Dave
