Anybody use resistance bands and if so, waht is your take on them? Not meaning to totally replace my weight routine but on those days when it is impossible to get to the gym, thought of using some cheap bands around he house for a quick workout.

Get one. they are great in a pinch, and take up hardly any room for storage!
I keep one in my desk drawer at the officer. There are many exercises you can do with them, and you can increase the resistance by getting stronger bands, changing your positioning, etc.

Their not bad at all and can be used in a pinch especially when traveling. You can do something like:
Run 400 Meters
40 Band Pulls However You Want.
30 Squats
20 Push Ups
10 Burpees
After the completion of this cycle it equals one round, do five rounds for time. The possibilities are endless as to what you can come up with.

I like mine and my local sport chalet has some good quality resistance on them.

They are obviously convenient and portable, fortunately they dont cost much either. Use them with some intensity though-its not about the tool, but the effort you put into it.
