Question for newly hired recruits. Was your personal history statement/background packet the sameone as the P.O.S.T sites?

Also I would be interested to hear how many people got hired without any LE experience. I have a great work history and background but no LE experience. So i guess I am just looking for some encouragement.

Most recruits have little to no LE experience.....I had none, and got hired at 21

A lot of agencies like their new hires to have little to no experiance so they can mold you :)
