Salary: $44,475.25 to $63,773.24 The Village of Hoffman Estates is accepting applications for persons interested in testing for the position of Police Patrol Officer. Qualifications Include: • Citizen of the United States • High school graduate or equivalent. • Eyesight shall be at least 20/20 corrected and may not be afflicted with color blindness or any other eye abnormalities at the time of offer of employment. • Must have attained their 21st birthday and be under the age of 35, at the time of the last date for filing applications. (3/03/03) • Must have a valid driver’s license. Salary range as of January 1, 2003 is $44,745.25 to $63,773.24, plus other excellent benefits. Successful candidates with prior Illinois Municipal Police Officer experience may be started higher than the starting rate ($44,745).
