Another hiring question

Ok basically i took my test and have passed the test.
Now my question is can i do the whole medical and all the rest of the processes even thought i have still one more year of college to go.
Can i do the psych and all that other before finishing college. Who do i call to schedule this if so.

Don't do it now because some of it you will have to take it again in a year. I was at psych today and the lady there said written psych is only good for 6 months.

I think the written and oral psych is good for one year. I know thats how it is with Nassau, Suffolk, and the state for all civil service positions.

NYPD psych might be different though. I know they like to do things different than everyone else.

Also, I never heard of anyone missing the July class and then having to redo the psych for the next Jan class
