I did mine a couple of weeks ago. Its a long process with a lot of paperwork. You don't get to leave for lunch or anything but they let us out by 1-ish in time for lunch. They test your eyes, ears and blood pressure. They also have you disrobe in a room and stand on one leg, etc. to test your joints and such. They don't let you go until everyone is finished. It's not a terrible time but it is pretty long and boring day, its probably the least enjoyable part of the application process with the written psych being second. Hope that helps a little.

Arrive at 6am at Lefrak. Park in the parking lot.
Get on the front of the line.
Start filling out paperwork outside and in the hallways until you sit down.
Get more paperwork.
Hand in some, get some more.
Vision test/colorblindness test.(if you wear contacts normally, wear glasses they test both)
Hearing test.
Blood pressure.
EKG.
Paperwork.
The lectures begin, then someone from the FIT unit will come and explain the physical agility test.
Then you and 20 of your same gender will strip down to your underwear(wear them) walk in front a giant glass window overlooking Queens, stand on one leg, repeat, squat, done.
Sit for another hour.
Bearing any type of hold, you will get the dates for your physical and written psychological.
Go home.
Repeat paperwork process again in two weeks :)

what the guys above said is pretty much how it is. Oh when they do fingerprints on that machine that looks like a mutant copy machine, relax your fingers, let the people taking them do all the work, if not they get annoyed. Oh and expect to be in your underwear, as they said over looking queens, and squatting, with men and women sitting behind a table watching you.
